To get the most out of this hypnosis, you'll want to practice the vagus nerve breathing technique followed by the heart-brain coherence technique (putting your hand over your heart). Instructions: This hypnosis is to be experienced in the morning or early afternoon. It is designed so you can loop it for as long as you like - 30 minutes is good. After the hypnosis, you will be wide awake and ready to do your business. Ideas for success will flow. You'll want to write the ideas down while still fresh in your mind. This hypnosis is to inspire you to take action.
