Understanding and Reframing the Trigger.
This audio is traditional hypnosis. Your eyes must be closed during the entire session. The use of headphones is recommended. Always test the volume before starting your session, as some recordings may be louder than others. Always calm down before your session is to begin. Practice deep breathing for a few minutes.
